Assist senior HR staff with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Support the talent acquisition process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Manage and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
Assist in the coordination of employee relations activities, such as employee engagement programs and conflict resolution
Handle routine HR inquiries and provide timely responses to employee questions.
Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Support the preparation of HR reports.
Coordinate with payroll calculation to ensure accurate processing of employee compensation and benefits
Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Participate in performance management processes, including tracking employee evaluations and feedback.
Assist in the management of employee leave requests and absence tracking
Support the HR department in implementing organizational changes and strategic HR initiatives.
Ensure a positive and productive work environment by promoting company values and culture.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
