Job Title: HR Associate
Location: Pune
Experience: 2 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., attendance, leaves, documentation).
Assist in other HR administrative tasks.
Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, trainings, and internal communications.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all HR-related tasks.
Support performance appraisal activities and documentation.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources / business administration or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (internship experience can be considered).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
