Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and organizing employee documentation and HR files
Support basic payroll tasks such as attendance tracking, leave records, and data entry
Help generate salary inputs in coordination with the accounts or payroll team
Maintain records related to new joiners, resignations, and employee status updates
Assist in drafting letters (offer, experience, relievers, etc.)
Coordinate internal communications with employees
Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper filing of sensitive HR data
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager
Candidate Profile:
Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or any relevant degree)
0-2 years of experience
in HR support, admin, or payroll coordination
Basic understanding of
payroll structure, salary components, and statutory terms
like PF/ESIC is a plus
Good with MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation
Organized, reliable, and able to handle routine tasks with minimal supervision
Willing to learn and grow within the HR function
