We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
HR Associate Manager
to handle core HR functions including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and policy compliance. The role requires someone who is people-focused, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple HR activities with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews & closures
Conduct onboarding, induction and maintain employment documentation
Manage employee engagement & relationship
Assist in performance review cycles
Maintain HR databases, employee records
Assist in compensation & benefits administration including PF/ESIC/insurance
Support HR policy creation, process improvement and culture-building initiatives
Ensure understanding & implementation of POSH regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in HR, business administration or related field (Master degree preferred)
Proven 2-3 years experience as HR manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR policies & laws, regulations & best practices
Proficiency in HRIS (Darwinbox preferred)
Laptop is mandatory
