HR Administration:
Manage and maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital, utilizing the
HR Information System (HRIS)
.
Recruitment Support:
Assist the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, organizing candidate files, screening basic resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Handle administrative tasks for new hires, including preparing induction materials, and managing documentation for employee separation processes.
Compliance & Policy:
Support HR efforts to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant
labor laws

Operational Support:
Track and manage daily attendance, leave records, and assist with basic payroll inputs.
Communication:
Serve as an initial point of contact for routine employee inquiries and internal communication, ensuring professional and timely responses.
