Core ResponsibilitiesHiring (Main Job)
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
Shortlist resumes based on role requirements
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Track every candidate from first contact to joining
Follow up until roles are closed
Manage offers and ensure candidates actually join
Candidate Tracking & Reporting
Maintain a live hiring tracker (status, feedback, drop-offs, joins)
Share regular hiring updates with management
Identify where candidates are dropping and fix it
HR Documentation
Create and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts
Handle onboarding and exit formalities
Maintain employee records and HR files
Track attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs
Employee Support
Handle basic HR queries from employees
Ensure HR policies are followed
Escalate serious issues when required

Any degree
