We are hiring a Junior HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations within a healthcare environment. The role involves employee documentation, coordination with administration/PRO, basic HR reporting, and support for employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records (QID, Passport, Contracts, Licenses)
Coordinate with PRO/Admin for visa, QID, medical, and related formalities
Support leave management, attendance tracking, and basic payroll inputs
Prepare and manage HR documents (offer letters, contracts, letters, NOCs)
Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially
Support and coordinate employee engagement activities, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, team events, and internal celebrations
Ensure HR processes comply with Qatar Labour Law and healthcare regulations
Assist HR Manager with reports and daily HR operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
MBA or Master's in HR - Preferred
1-2 years of HR or HR/Admin experience in Qatar
Healthcare background preferred (clinic or hospital experience is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of Qatar Labour Law
Familiarity with QCHP, DataFlow, and Prometric processes is an added advantage
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR systems
