Experience:

0-1 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within the IT industry.

Roles and responsibilities



Identify and recruit qualified candidates for different roles across departments. Circulate job descriptions through various channels. Onboard new candidates and introduce them to others in the organization. Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and contracts. Conduct new hire orientations focusing on processes, tools, and company culture. Identify improvement areas for employees with department heads and create training strategies. Organize training and development activities. Oversee employee performance. Organize periodic performance appraisals. Management of the employee directory. Maintain and update employee records in the system. Responsible for project initiation, regular status monitoring, milestone tracking, managing team availability and workload, and overseeing overall task progress. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualification and Skills Required



Required qualification in MBA (HR) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
