Key Responsibilities



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer management. Draft and update

job descriptions

based on manpower requirements. Conduct

pre-joining formalities

, background verification, and documentation. Organize and deliver

employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs

, coordinating with departments for access, ID creation, IT setup, etc. Maintain accurate and updated

employee records

in HR systems. Handle the

offboarding process

including resignations, clearance, exit interviews, and Full & Final settlements, ensuring timely issuance of relieving letters. Ensure compliance with

HR policies, procedures, and labor laws

. Prepare and maintain

HR reports, trackers, and MIS

for recruitment and employee lifecycle management.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage). 1-3 years of HR experience (internship/fresher with strong skills can also apply). Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel MS Office and HR software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
