We are seeking an HR professional to manage both internal recruitment and student placement activities. The role involves hiring for academic, tech, and business roles within the company, as well as coordinating placement opportunities for learners enrolled in our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding Recruit for sales, academic, technical, and support roles Build and maintain partnerships with companies for student/intern placements Organize placement drives, job fairs, and employer webinars Maintain detailed records of hiring and placement performance

Requirements

1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or placement (preferably in EdTech) Strong communication and relationship management skills Familiar with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and ATS tools Experience in campus hiring or learner placement is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
