We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
+ End-to-end recruitment for lateral and junior positions
+ Scheduling interviews, coordination with hiring managers
+ Offer negotiation, documentation & onboarding formalities HR Operations
+ Handle employee lifecycle: joining, confirmation, exit, F&F
+ Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance & leave data
+ Draft HR letters: Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Relieving, etc. Payroll & Compliance
+ Coordinate with payroll team/vendor for monthly payroll
+ Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.
+ Handle audits and compliance documentation Employee Engagement
+ Handle grievance management & employee queries
+ Organize engagement activities, events & surveys
+ Support performance appraisal cycle Policy & Process
+ Implement HR policies and procedures
+ Support management in HR initiatives & process improvement
Required Skills

3+ years experience in HR Generalist / HR Executive role
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations & compliance
Good communication & stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with HRMS, Excel, ATS
* Knowledge of Indian labor laws & statutory compliance
