Managing the pre-offer and pre-employment checks
Following up with the candidate for the accurate Documentation, and offer letter generation
Performing background verification for new hires prior releasing the offer letter,
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Undertake tasks around performance management
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records Exit procedures, conducting Exit interviews, and streamlined Final Settlement (FNF) processes with timely dispatching
