Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Associate
to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR compliance to ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment -- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee data (attendance, leaves, personal details, etc.) in HR systems.
Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate attendance and leave records.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
Organize employee engagement programs and internal HR events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, memos, and confirmation letters.
Collaborate with the HR Manager in daily HR operations and special projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ year of experience in HR Operations / Generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll process, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
