Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Associate (Fresher) to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be flexible to work in different shifts, eager to learn, and ready to handle a mix of responsibilities across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Social Media Management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including
sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Support HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation,
attendance, and basic HR compliance activities.

Manage and create engaging social media posts related to hiring, culture, and
branding.

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth internal communication and
employee engagement initiatives.

Learn and adapt to new HR tools, practices, and policies while contributing to the
overall growth of the HR function.

Handle shift-based responsibilities as per organizational requirements.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (HR/Management preferred but not
mandatory).

Experience: Fresher (0-1 year). Ability to work in flexible shifts. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and social media platforms. Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
