Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes across departments
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursements
Plan and execute employee engagement and training activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
Assist in performance management and employee development programs
Handle employee queries and provide HR operational support
