Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Human Resource Associate

to support our corporate HR team. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on

end-to-end recruitment

, along with contributing to general

HR operations

such as onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

Manage recruitment across functions and properties, from sourcing to selection Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job specifications Source candidates through various platforms, including portals, referrals, and social media Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring closures Support employer branding and hiring campaigns

HR Operations

Support onboarding, induction, and documentation of new joiners Maintain HR records and employee database Assist with HRMS data entry and updates Coordinate engagement activities and internal communications Help ensure policy compliance and assist with audits

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist functions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS/HRMS tools Prior experience in hospitality industry is preferred
