Role Overview:
The HR Associate will be responsible for end-to-end human resources activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, policy implementation, cultural engagement, and exit formalities. This role requires a proactive professional who can independently own HR processes while supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring & Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all open positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective hiring plans.
Onboarding & Orientation
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees, including documentation, induction sessions, and system access.
Ensure a welcoming and consistent experience for all joiners.
Payroll Administration
Maintain accurate employee records for payroll processing.
Coordinate with finance to ensure timely and error-free salary disbursement.
Address payroll-related queries.
Policy Development & Compliance
Draft, update, and communicate HR policies in line with statutory regulations and company values.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Organize engagement activities, feedback sessions, and internal communication.
Performance & Exit Management
Support performance management processes and maintain relevant records.
Conduct exit interviews and manage full-and-final settlements.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
