Role Overview:
The HR Associate will be responsible for end-to-end human resources activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, policy implementation, cultural engagement, and exit formalities. This role requires a proactive professional who can independently own HR processes while supporting organizational growth.

Hiring & Recruitment
? Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all open positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective hiring plans.
? Onboarding & Orientation
? Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees, including documentation, induction sessions, and system access.
? Ensure a welcoming and consistent experience for all joiners.
? Payroll Administration
? Maintain accurate employee records for payroll processing.
? Coordinate with finance to ensure timely and error-free salary disbursement.
? Address payroll-related queries.
? Policy Development & Compliance
? Draft, update, and communicate HR policies in line with statutory regulations and company values.
? Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
? Employee Engagement & Culture
? Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
? Organize engagement activities, feedback sessions, and internal communication.
? Performance & Exit Management
? Support performance management processes and maintain relevant records.
? Conduct exit interviews and manage full-and-final settlements.
Key Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
? 2-4 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
? Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliances.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
