Role Overview

As a Hospitality HR Associate, you'll play a key role in shaping our team by identifying, engaging, and hiring the right talent who embody our values. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, support HR operations, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture where people can truly thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for hospitality and support roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job postings. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job portals, and campus connections. Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcome and engaged from day one. Support HR initiatives including employee engagement, training coordination, and performance reviews. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree (required)

in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Prior

experience or education in Hospitality

is a strong advantage. Passion for people, talent acquisition, and creating great employee experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing company. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
