Key Responsibility



Recruitment and onboarding:

Assist with job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and help with the onboarding of new employees by issuing forms and ensuring completion.

Employee support:

Act as a point of contact for employees, answering questions about benefits and HR policies.

Record-keeping and administration:

Maintain confidential employee records, including applications, resumes, and other HR documentation. Process employee requests and administer benefits programs.

Compliance:

Help ensure the organization adheres to legal guidelines and labor laws.

HR processes:

Assist with the implementation and administration of various HR programs and policies.
Key skills and qualifications

Administrative skills:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing records and tasks efficiently.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with candidates, employees, and HR managers.

Interpersonal skills:

The ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with a wide range of people is essential.

Problem-solving:

Strong problem-solving skills and resilience are needed to handle issues that arise.

Tech proficiency:

Familiarity with HR software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) databases, is often required.

Discretion:

A high degree of trust and the ability to maintain confidentiality is paramount.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
