We are looking for a

proactive HR Executive

to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience or exposure to

digital marketing-related hiring

.

Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience

as well as

HR interns

who are keen to build a career in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for digital marketing roles (SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Designers, etc.) Source candidates through

job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

Screen resumes and conduct

initial HR interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update

candidate databases and hiring trackers

Communicate interview feedback and follow-ups with candidates Assist in

offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes

Support general HR activities as and when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

6 months of experience

in HR recruitment

or

relevant internship experience Exposure to

digital marketing hiring

is mandatory Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of

MS Excel / Google Sheets

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

Degree/diploma in

HR, Business Administration, or related field

Experience hiring for

agency or digital marketing roles

Familiarity with job portals like

Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?10,000.00 per month
