We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Associate
to support end-to-end HR operations at Dice Academy. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about people processes, employee engagement, and smooth HR workflow across branches.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle full-cycle hiring: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with department managers for manpower planning.
Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates.
Manage onboarding formalities, offer letters, documentation & induction.
2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Support
Monitor attendance and leaves through HRMS/Excel.
Maintain employee records and ensure documentation completeness.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Organize employee activities, celebrations & communication initiatives.
Address employee queries and ensure positive work environment.
Support grievance handling with timely escalation.
4. Performance Monitoring
Maintain data of monthly performance report from branch heads.
5. Administrative Coordination
Maintain HR MIS reports & trackers.
Support coordination for joining, exit process & F&F formalities.
Ensure smooth coordination between head office & branches.
Who Can Apply (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in HR
(EdTech or Service Industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR emails, and documentation.
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
