Identify staffing needs across departments (front office, F&B, housekeeping, kitchen, etc.)
Draft and publish job postings on relevant platforms and social media
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final rounds with department heads
Maintain a talent pipeline for operational and seasonal roles
Build and maintain relationships with hotel management colleges and vocational training institutes
Coordinate internship/trainee programs including MoUs, candidate shortlisting, and scheduling
Onboard, train, and evaluate interns and trainees in collaboration with department heads
Maintain employee and trainee records
Assist in onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation
Support employee engagement activities and training session
