Manage the

entire recruitment cycle

from understanding requirements to onboarding.

Source candidates using

job portals

social media

employee referrals

, and other innovative sourcing techniques.

Screen resumes and applications based on job descriptions and company needs.

Conduct

initial HR interviews

to assess candidate fit.

Coordinate with

hiring managers

for technical interviews and feedback.

Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.

Build a strong

talent pipeline

for future hiring needs.

Provide

weekly and monthly hiring reports

to stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
