Location: Andheri (with once-a-week factory visit to Umargaon)
Position: HR Admin/Assistant
Key Responsibilities: Handle daily office administrative activities including stationery management, courier handling, and office upkeep. Maintain and track administrative records and documentation. Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repair, and maintenance requirements. Support facility management including housekeeping and office hygiene monitoring. Assist in maintaining records of utility and administrative expenses. Monitor and manage office asset inventory and AMC records. Support in organizing internal meetings and office arrangements for visitors.
Visit the Umargaon factory once a week for administrative coordination as required

Skills: Knowledge of office administration and vendor coordination. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and time management skills.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0-2 years in administration roles.
Preferred: Experience in manufacturing industries and basic knowledge of office systems.
