Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Handle attendance, leave records, and employee database management.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).
Assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Ensure HR documentation is complete, up-to-date, and confidential.
Assist in planning employee engagement and welfare activities.
