Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and grievance handling.
Manage leave and attendance records.
Assist in planning and organizing training and development programs.
Oversee general administrative duties related to the HR department.
Requirements:
Education:
MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
Experience:
0-1
Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
