an HR Assistant supports the HR department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and other HR functions. They play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the HR department, including tasks related to employee onboarding, payroll, and compliance. Key Responsibilities of an HR Assistant in the Automotive Industry:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Assisting with payroll processing, managing employee benefits enrollment and changes, and maintaining records related to time off, leaves, and other benefits.

Addressing employee inquiries, assisting with the resolution of employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
