Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, overtime, etc.).
Coordinate employee training, development, and welfare activities.
Draft HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Administrative Support
Manage office correspondence, emails, and filing systems.
Maintain office supplies, stationary, and equipment inventory.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and handling travel or accommodation arrangements.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office requirements.
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
