Job Description

The HR Assistant will support the HR department in day-to-day operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, attendance management, and other HR administrative tasks. The role ensures smooth communication and efficient operations within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in recruitment activities including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews. Prepare and maintain employee records (attendance, personal files, contracts, etc.). Support the onboarding and offboarding process of employees. Coordinate with departments for joining formalities and training schedules. Handle leave management and attendance tracking. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data. Draft HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and warning letters. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Respond to employee queries and provide general administrative support to the HR Manager. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
