Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
Counsel students on courses, training programs, career options, and learning paths
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Maintain and update lead details in CRM or tracking sheets
Follow up with interested candidates and close enrolments
Explain course details, fees, duration, and placement assistance clearly
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth onboarding
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with students
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduate/Post Graduate (Education background preferred)
Strong communication skills in English and regional language
Experience in academic counselling, tele calling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Ability to convince, follow up, and close leads effectively
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
