HR Assistant
Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:
Handle
PF (Provident Fund)
and
ESI (Employee State Insurance)
documentation and management.
Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing.
Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate with various departments for manpower updates and compliance requirements.
Assist in maintaining HR-related reports, documentation, and internal communications.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate in HR / Commerce / Business Administration (MBA HR preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations with hands-on knowledge of PF & ESI portals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation.
