We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Assistant HR
to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The candidate will assist with recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, compliance, and other HR activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update employee records (joining documents, personal files, attendance register).
Handle daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, and staff reporting.
Prepare HR letters such as appointment letters, warning letters, and notices.
Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company rules.
Support PF, ESIC, and other statutory documentation.
Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and office activities.
Address employee queries and escalate when required.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
