We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, follow-ups).
Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant/HR Executive.
Good knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
