Job Title: HR Assistant - Hotel & Hospitality
Experience: 1 - 4 Years
Location: Lucknow, UP
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee records, support payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and hotel policies
Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, shift rosters, overtime, and statutory registers in a 24x7 hotel operation
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for hotel staff across departments
including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Engineering, and Support Services
Coordinate employee training, induction, and development programs to enhance service quality, skills, and performance standards
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, supporting disciplinary processes, and promoting a positive, professional workplace culture and staff welfare initiatives
Key Requirements:
Graduate in Human Resources / Hotel Management / Commerce or a related discipline
Min. 1 years of experience in a 3-star hotel, resort, or premium hospitality environment
Strong understanding of hotel manpower structures, shift operations, and departmental roles
Working knowledge of payroll coordination, HR documentation, attendance systems, and MS Excel
Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with a service-oriented mindset
Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment with rotational shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
