We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will support various HR functions and initiatives, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and social media experience mainly in creating posts for linkedin.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
Support training and development initiatives by organizing training sessions and maintaining training records.
Manage employee records and documentation by legal requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with HR team members on succession planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Utilize CRM for payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee data management.
Conduct social media management to enhance employer branding and attract potential candidates.
Stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role within human resources is preferred.
Familiarity with recruiting processes, employee orientation, and training development is advantageous.
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees at all levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
