We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the HR function and work directly under the HR Manager. This role will serve as the right hand to the HR Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, documentation, coordination, and employee engagement activities.
The HR Assistant will gain exposure across all aspects of HR and play a vital role in maintaining processes, tracking data, and supporting strategic initiatives while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
Maintain candidate pipelines and assist in interview follow-ups.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding.
2. Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee data and HR files (digital & physical).
Track probation periods, confirmation due dates, and appraisal cycles.
Assist in drafting HR policies, notices, and compliance documents.
3. Performance Management Support
Assist in maintaining performance review trackers.
Compile data for probation reviews, monthly reviews, and appraisals.
Ensure feedback and scorecards are documented and shared on time.
4. HR Operations & Admin Support
Draft letters (confirmation, warnings, relieving, etc.) under manager guidance.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and related reports.
Support in employee engagement events, workshops, and training sessions.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Act as the point of contact between HR Manager and employees for routine queries.
Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and HR dashboards as instructed.
Assist in presentations and documentation for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of relevant HR/admin experience (freshers with strong intent to learn may apply).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
