HR Admin
who can manage administrative operations and support our HR activities, especially recruitment. Candidates with strong communication skills and an MBA background are preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination
Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, HR documentation, and databases
Assist in implementing HR policies and employee engagement activities
Coordinate with management, staff, and external vendors
Ensure smooth office functioning and resolve basic HR/Admin-related queries
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
MBA in HR or related field (mandatory)
0-3 years of experience in HR/Admin (freshers with strong skills can apply)
Fluency in local languages and English
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
Smart, proactive, and confident personality
