Key Responsibilities:
1) Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Support the end-to-end
recruitment process
-- posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking records.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Manage
offer letters, onboarding checklists, and induction programs
for new hires.
2) HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
employee data
in Zoho system
Assist in preparing
HR letters
, maintaining personnel files, and updating organization charts.
Coordinate
attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
in collaboration with finance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
3)
Employee Engagement & Culture
Organize
team-building events, celebrations, and engagement programs
.
Conduct employee feedback initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive work culture.
Support initiatives to promote
diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing
.
4)
People Analytics & Reporting
Generate HR reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment pipeline, and employee engagement metrics.
Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement within HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or related field.
1-3 years
of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or operations (preferably in a tech/startup environment).
Strong understanding of
HR processes
such as hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proficient in
Microsoft 365 / MS Office
and familiar with
HR tools
Zoho People
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to
HR analytics and dashboards

Understanding of
