Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR database.
Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal processes.
Address HR-related queries and assist with policy implementation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Administration:
Manage office administration, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
Oversee maintenance of office equipment, stationery, and other supplies.
Support travel arrangements, logistics, and office events.
Handle courier, utility bills, and other general administrative tasks.
Ensure the office environment is safe, efficient, and well-organized.
