We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to support day-to-day HR operations in our consulting firm. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, interview coordination)
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
Support onboarding and induction of new hires
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters
Support attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Employee Engagement & Coordination
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
Assist in performance appraisal coordination
Compliance & Administration
Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Support statutory compliance documentation (as applicable)
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
0-1 year of experience in HR (internships count)
Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
Familiarity with HRMS or ATS tools
Willingness to learn and take initiative
