Roles & Responsibilities:



Handling labour law compliance in the areas of registrations, returns filings, government liaising for clients Be the SPOC in handling client enquiries regarding labour compliance Ensure timely audits are conducted and reports submitted to the clients to help stay compliant Handling payroll processing for various clients Ensuring client satisfaction and retention through constant touchpoints, innovative service methodologies, visits Gather market data in the areas of labour laws ,payroll processing, social security etc and help implement them for the company and clients Drive a team of associates towards the shared objectives of the company in the long run

Desired Profile:



Class 12 Qualified./Candidate with a Bachelor's Degree 3-6 months work experience in Customer Handling, /Office Administration/Labour law compliance/HR Working knowledge on various acts like EPF,ESI, etc Understanding of HR concepts regarding leave & attendance, employee recruitment, exits, documentation etc Good oral & written communication Ability to work in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
