Assist in recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, documentation, etc.).
Support onboarding and offboarding formalities.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Handle day-to-day employee queries and grievances.
Coordinate and support employee engagement activities.
Key Skills:
Good knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools and HR software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
