Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offers.
Maintain employee records, databases, and confidentiality while updating HR information.
Assist with onboarding, orientations, training sessions, and benefits inquiries.
Handle payroll data, attendance tracking, performance reviews, and termination processes.
Coordinate meetings, reports, and employee communications, resolving inquiries promptly.
