Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews
Handle onboarding, employee file creation, and induction coordination
Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll input sheets
Update and manage employee data in HRMS/Excel
Coordinate with employees for HR queries, notices, and communication
Support employee engagement and office-level HR activities
Assist with compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.)
Provide support to the HR Manager in day-to-day operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Preferably in HR/Business Administration)
2-3 years of HR experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong communication skills in
Tamil & English
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
