Preferred Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in

Human Resource Management

,

Business Administration

,

Commerce

, or related field.

MBA / PGDM in HR

or equivalent specialization is preferred. Minimum

2 years of hands-on HR experience

in a

manufacturing or industrial environment

. Familiar with

HRIS/HRMS systems

(e.g., GreytHR, Spine, Zoho People). Working knowledge of

MS Office

(especially Excel for payroll, reports, and data analysis). Exposure to

biometric attendance systems

and

payroll software

. Basic understanding of

Labour Laws

,

ESI

,

PF

,

Gratuity

,

Factories Act

, and

Shops & Establishments Act

. Experience in handling

statutory documentation and audits

. Good

interpersonal and communication skills

(Tamil and English preferred).

Problem-solving

,

team coordination

, and ability to handle shop-floor employee relations. Willingness to work in

plant-based roles

and engage with blue-collar workforce. Knowledge of

health & safety protocols

is an added advantage. Willing to travel between plant locations (if required)

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
