Post job advertisements on company websites, job boards, and social media platforms.
Review applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and reference checks when required.
Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations and induction programs.
Employee Records & Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files (both electronic and hard copies).
Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, etc.).
Generate HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism).
Support data entry and ensure HR systems are accurate and compliant.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Collect and verify attendance, overtime, and leave records for payroll processing.
Assist in preparing payroll summaries and reports.
Help communicate benefits information and support employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Liaise with finance and external vendors regarding payroll or benefits issues.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Support HR initiatives such as employee satisfaction surveys and engagement programs.
Assist in planning company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Help address employee concerns and escalate issues to HR management as needed.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Compliance & Policy Administration
Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure HR documentation complies with labor laws and company standards.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Help with HR audits and compliance reporting.
Training & Development Support
Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Track training attendance and maintain training records.
Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
General Administrative Support
Prepare HR correspondence, letters, and memos.
Handle incoming HR-related emails, calls, and correspondence.
Order and maintain office and HR supplies.
