Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
end-to-end recruitment process.
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure timely updates.
Ensure compliance in all HR operations and practices.
Prepare and process
payroll
, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, and benefits.
Track and manage
employee leaves
, ensuring correct leave salary calculations.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation as required by HR Manager.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Assist in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor/Diploma degree is required.
Minimum 2 years of India experience as a HR Admin or in a similar role will only be preferred.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Strong knowledge of Recruitment, payroll processes, and employee benefits.
Proficient in Microsoft Office .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
