Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding to integrate them into the company.
Manage employee offboarding and exit interviews.
Employee relations and management:
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflicts, aiming for fair resolution.
Support and manage performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.
Foster a positive and productive work environment through various initiatives and programs.
Policy and compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with business goals and legal requirements.
Ensure the company and its employees comply with all labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation.
Compensation and benefits:
Administer employee benefits packages, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
Training and development:
Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills.
Support employee development initiatives and career growth within the organization.
