We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR processes and a keen interest in learning and managing daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Handle documentation related to offers, appointments, and exits.
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
Assist in drafting HR reports and maintaining confidentiality of data.
Support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
