Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll preparation and attendance management.
Handle employee queries and provide HR-related information.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warnings.
Assist in organizing training programs and staff meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR or administrative role (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
